Serve as project manager for quality deliver of Engineering deliverables which includes but not limited to general layouts, detailed drawing (MLP) and execution plan.

MCL is hunting for a Project Management Trainee with absolute Management skills, striving to grow
into the reputed career.
The Roles and Responsibilities include:
1) Specializing into end-to-end management of all phases of project initiation, planning, execution,
and monitoring the entire process.
2) Manages tracking of formulation development, analytical development, QA, QC, production and
reporting to department heads and further discussion with regulatory affairs.
3) Leading various internal and external stakeholders meetings like project kick-off, technology
transfer and status meetings. Managing issues and resolutions for risk highlighted.
4) Direct interaction with the plant stakeholders frequently to evaluate and to increase the process
flow. Efficiently capture minutes and clearly communicating to all stakeholders actively.
5) Constant co-ordination with Business Development (BD) Team and Management for prioritization
of all projects of MCL.
Requirements:
1) MBA in Project Management Degree into relevant Engineering field is a must.
2) Ability to complete the tasks assigned as per the timelines provided.
3) Should possess ultimate patience to work under pressure and extended working hours.
4) Should be ready to visit sites whenever required on short notice as well.

-Preparing work schedules and track work activities of Operator, Assistant operator & Labours
– Supervise all Production activities at plant and train on-site personnel including all operator,
assistant operator & labours
– Establish safety protocols for all personnel & for operation of all machineries at the plant

– Maintain records & attendance of all personnel working at plant.
– Will be responsible for the daily production activities and overall efficiency of the plant
